The craft we practice
Apartment locating is an old Texas profession with a simple shape: a renter describes what they need, a licence holder finds and confirms what actually matches, and the community that gains a resident pays for the introduction. The model only works when the middle step is done honestly — which is why we built this practice around the verification call rather than the listing feed. Every community we recommend has been contacted, questioned against a checklist, and quoted in writing with a date, before a renter ever drives to it.
The licence matters as much as the checklist. In Texas, locating is real-estate brokerage activity under TREC: it requires a licence holder, a sponsoring brokerage, and the disclosures that come with both — the Information About Brokerage Services form and the Consumer Protection Notice you’ll find referenced in our footer. Those aren’t formalities to us; they’re the difference between a profession and a lead-generation website. When a figure we passed along turns out wrong, there is a named person who owes you the correction.
We launched in 2026, in San Antonio first, and we are deliberate about what that means: no invented track record, no borrowed review counts — the proof we offer is the method itself, visible on every page of this site. We work as a service-area practice across Greater San Antonio — searches run by phone and email, and the meetings that matter happen at the communities themselves. Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Leasing offices keep daytime hours, so we work early and late to hold your place in line.
